For Buyers: When you submit a vehicle request, we share your information with participating dealers who will submit competitive offers. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.
For Sellers: When you submit a vehicle for sale, we share your information with participating dealers who will submit purchase offers. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.
MAGNACARS is not a dealership and does not sell vehicles directly. We act as an intermediary connecting users with licensed automotive dealers. All transactions occur directly between users and dealers.
While we strive to connect you with competitive offers:
• We do not guarantee any specific savings or prices
• We do not guarantee the number of offers you will receive
• We are not responsible for dealer conduct or offer validity
• Final prices and terms are determined by dealers
MAGNACARS is free for consumers. We charge dealers a referral fee only when a transaction is completed. You will never be charged for using our Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MAGNACARS, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from MAGNACARS and participating dealers via email, phone, and SMS regarding your vehicle request.
All content on MAGNACARS.VIP, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MAGNACARS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
MAGNACARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAGNACARS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
